When the issues regarding moral considerations are invoked, the goal is to constraint or limit people’s pursuit of personal interests for the well-being of others. However, people’s motivation to conduct their activities in an ethical manner is driven by the threat of suffering the consequences of immorality. The viewpoint is based on the view that persons stand to benefit more from engaging in an unethical act, such as stealing and getting away from it. Therefore, people do good to others because it is in their interests. If persons had the ability to go unnoticed when they engaged in immoral acts, they would lack the incentive to behave morally. If a person has the ability to engage in immoral act and goes unpunished but prefers to conduct his undertakings ethically, the broader society is likely to view him as stupid. This is because most people believe that injustice is more beneficial to an individual than justice. Therefore, people are good to those they encounter because it is in their interest…………….
